Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse, the Texas-inspired restaurant from Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan, will hold a two-day open hiring event at MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The event takes place Monday, Nov. 2, and Tuesday, Nov. 3, as the restaurant assembles its opening team ahead of its debut in early 2027.

Positions are open in both the front and back of the house. Roles include servers, bus runners, hosts, sommeliers, bartenders, apprentice bartenders, cooks, and master cooks.

The event runs from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days at District Commons at MGM Grand, located in the former Nellie’s restaurant space. Candidates should bring a current resume and be prepared for on-site interviews.

Applicants are encouraged to apply in advance through the MGM Resorts careers site, though walk-ins will also be accepted.

The restaurant brings the heritage of West Texas’ Four Sixes Ranch to the Las Vegas Strip. Its culinary program will reflect an elite boutique steakhouse, pairing time-honored ranch recipes with prime-grade beef and signature cuts sourced directly from Four Sixes Ranch. An adventurous beverage program will include specialty craft cocktails, a curated wine list and rare spirits.
