TikTok LIVE and Food Network are establishing a new partnership to launch a collaborative cooking series. The broadcasts will pair popular digital creators with established professional chefs for live programs.
The initial stream is scheduled to air on Wednesday, July 8 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The programming will be broadcast simultaneously across the official accounts for Food Network, TikTok, TikTok LIVE US, and creator Jose El Cook.
This new series builds upon a previous joint broadcast held by the two companies earlier this year, titled the Future of Flavor LIVE event. Each upcoming installment will last one hour and will stream directly from the Food Network Kitchen facility.

The inaugural episode is titled Tomato Season and will focus on recipes utilizing the summer ingredient. Chef Antonia Lofaso and creator Jose El Cook will guide home viewers through appetizers and a main course while sharing general kitchen techniques.
Viewers watching the live stream can participate in the broadcast through several interactive features. The platform will allow the audience to vote in polls, submit food-themed digital gifts, and ask questions directly in the comment chat for the hosts to answer.

Lofaso is a restaurant owner and television personality who previously won the sixth season of the Food Network program Tournament of Champions. She operates the Los Angeles restaurants Black Market Liquor Bar, Scopa Italian Roots, and DAMA, and will debut a new series called Kitchen Undercover on Tuesday, July 28.
Jose El Cook is a culinary content creator who publishes instructional cooking videos and practical kitchen tips on TikTok. He also maintains a Substack newsletter where he distributes recipes and exclusive digital content to his audience.
