Kings Auctions is scheduled to host a live online collectibles auction on July 19 at 9 a.m. PT. The event will take place on the LiveAuctioneers platform and will feature a variety of pop culture, fashion, and sports items.
The auction catalog includes two authentic television and film pieces related to the character Superman. Lot 100 features a blue and red Superman costume worn by George Reeves during the filming of the classic television series, complete with a cape and the character’s chest emblem. Lot 101 consists of a vintage Superman suit worn by Kirk Alyn, the first actor to play the role in the 1950s film serials. Both costumes are consigned from the son of Frank Toscannini and include certificates of authenticity from the Superman Museum.
Music memorabilia in the event features a performance throne used during the 2014 Billboard Music Awards. Designated as Lot 77, the intricately detailed prop with gold accents and plush upholstery was utilized for a holographic performance showcasing Michael Jackson after his passing.

The fashion category is led by Lot 17, a silver chainmail dress designed by Paco Rabanne. The item features a designer label and documentation of its provenance, and it was previously highlighted in a Vogue article noting that the design has fetched historically high auction values for pieces of its kind.
Additional items in the auction lineup include 700 collectible comic books, a selection of jewelry, and an Yves Saint Laurent surfboard featuring imagery of supermodel Kate Moss under Lot 237. The sale will also feature autographed basketballs from Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers, alongside a 2021 hand-painted custom Fender Stratocaster guitar by FEWOCiOUS and Two Feet under Lot 50.
