Duane Betts extends solo tour ahead of new album Isle of Hope

Singer-songwriter and guitarist Duane Betts is extending his headline tour through the fall to support his upcoming album, Isle of Hope, which is set for release on June 12.
Betts, performing with his band Palmetto Motel, has added stops at venues including West Hollywood’s Troubadour, Raleigh’s Lincoln Theatre, Madison’s Majestic Theatre, and Evanston’s Space, among others. Tickets for the new dates go on sale Friday, March 27, at 10 a.m. local time.
Produced by Grammy Award-winner Dave Cobb and released in partnership with Sun Records, Isle of Hope is Betts’ first project with the legendary label. The album was recorded in five days in Savannah, Georgia, and features ten tracks co-written with longtime collaborator Stoll Vaughan, including the recently released single “Down to Houston.”
The album reflects a transformative period for Betts, who lost his father and mentor, Dickey Betts, during a pivotal moment in his career. “With Isle of Hope, I wanted to show my life’s experiences…to give the listener a sense of purpose and strength,” Betts said.
Betts first gained recognition as a founding member of The Allman Betts Band and released his solo debut, Wild & Precious Life, in 2023. The album received acclaim for its guitar work and established Betts as a significant voice in Southern rock.
