Staypineapple pledges November donation to Pups4Patriots program

Staypineapple announced a November fundraising initiative supporting the American Humane Society’s Pups4Patriots program in honor of Veterans Day. The national boutique hotel brand will donate a portion of proceeds from select stay packages throughout the month.

The campaign will contribute up to $5,000 generated from every Pineapple Pup Package booking and every reservation made using military or government rates. Donated funds will assist in pairing specially trained service dogs with veterans and retired first responders living with post-traumatic stress or traumatic brain injury.

Pups4Patriots removes financial barriers by matching eligible service members and first responders with trained service dogs at no cost to the recipient. The program aims to provide tailored functional support and companionship for recipients managing long-term recovery.

The initiative highlights pairings such as retired U.S. Army veteran and law enforcement officer Russell, who was matched with his service dog Nico through the program. Program participants receive specialized canine assistance designed to support daily living and personal independence.

Staypineapple operates as a national boutique hotel group with properties across the country. American Humane Society oversees the Pups4Patriots program to place rescue and purpose-trained service dogs with military veterans and former emergency responders.
