Meijer announced a series of Thanksgiving holiday promotions on Nov. 4, 2026, aimed at providing Midwest shoppers with low-cost dinner options. The retailer is offering Meijer brand frozen turkeys for 79 cents a pound or less through Nov. 26.
Using low prices across its store brands, Meijer compiled a traditional Thanksgiving meal list capable of feeding 10 people for less than $35. The bundled menu includes a 14-pound frozen turkey, a five-pound bag of Russet potatoes, sweet potatoes, green bean casserole ingredients, stuffing mix, cranberry sauce, gravy, dinner rolls, and ingredients for pumpkin pie.
Beyond the core holiday menu, Meijer has placed more than 80 brand-name grocery and baking items on sale through Dec. 24, with discounts reaching up to 45 percent off. The promotional items span baking essentials, meats, cheeses, packaged goods, and food storage products such as aluminum foil and reusable containers.
Shoppers can access additional discounts by enrolling in the mPerks loyalty program online or through the Meijer mobile application. The company expects to sell more than 1 million turkeys and 7 million pounds of potatoes in the weeks leading up to Thanksgiving.
Meijer is a privately owned, family-operated retailer based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The company operates more than 500 supercenters, grocery stores, and neighborhood markets across the Midwest.
