Perkins Griddle & Go will hold the grand opening of its first U.S. location on Thursday, Nov. 5, in Flemington, New Jersey. The restaurant is at The Shoppes at Flemington, 100 Reaville Ave.
Festivities begin at 6 a.m. with giveaways for early arrivals. The first 50 guests receive a $10 gift card, the next 50 receive swag, and the following 50 receive a free Mammoth Muffin, one of the brand’s signature baked treats.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce is set for 9 a.m. The restaurant is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
New Jersey residents Giuseppe and Nicole Lahara, the franchisees, lead the flagship U.S. restaurant. “We’re longtime Perkins fans and honored to be part of this historic moment, showcasing its newest concept and helping grow a brand we love so much,” Nicole Lahara said.
Perkins Griddle & Go combines more than 65 years of Perkins heritage with a fast casual approach. The concept offers familiar Perkins flavors for breakfast on the way to work, lunch, dinner or an afternoon bakery treat.
