Joel Gott Wines has announced the launch of Sauvy B, a new canned sauvignon blanc spritz made with electrolytes. Created by California vintners Joel and Sarah Gott, the ready-to-drink beverage combines wine, sparkling water, and citrus flavors.
The gluten-free beverage is available in lime and grapefruit flavors. Each 12-ounce can contains approximately 100 calories and has a 4.5 percent alcohol by volume. The drink utilizes real California sauvignon blanc and gets its electrolytes from Himalayan pink salt.
According to founder Joel Gott, the beverage was developed to offer convenience and a fresh take on traditional sauvignon blanc. The launch comes as consumers continue to gravitate toward lighter, ready-to-drink alcoholic options that align with wellness-minded lifestyles.
Joel Gott Wines is currently ranked as a top 10 wine brand in the 10 to 14.99 dollar price segment. The brand has also previously received recognition on the Wine Spectator Top 100 list on three occasions.
The new canned beverage is rolling out to major retail locations including Target, Walmart, and Total Wine and More starting in July 2026. A four-pack of the cans carries a suggested retail price of 13.99 dollars, with a national rollout continuing through January 2027.
