The Maine Cabin Masters crew will take on a new renovation project in a six-episode series titled Maine Cabin Masters: All Inn. The spin-off series premieres on Sunday, July 19, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on HGTV, with episodes subsequently airing on Magnolia Network starting Monday, July 27, at 9 p.m. ET/PT. The show follows the team as they convert a rundown bed and breakfast into a 12-acre lakeside inn, fulfilling a long-held dream for Chase Morrill and his wife, Sarah, to become innkeepers.
The project marks the largest undertaking for the franchise to date. The crew is tasked with renovating a sprawling nine-bedroom estate and barn into a lakeside destination while also constructing three new cabins from the ground up. The team faces unexpected setbacks and tight deadlines as they race to complete the entire property transformation in less than a year.
The series premiere episode, “We Bought an Inn,” focuses on the initial nine-month timeline as work begins in the lounge and library, where discovered rot behind the fireplace threatens the schedule and the property’s hand-painted tiles. The second episode, “Weird Bathrooms B&B,” features the crew updating the bathrooms alongside local Maine artisans while dealing with ants, rot, and weather obstacles.
Subsequent episodes follow specific phases of the property development. “Beds Before Breakfast” features collaborations with local artisans alongside a problem with porcupines in the barn, while “Rise and Dine” focuses on refreshing the dining rooms and converting a former caretaker’s apartment into a commercial kitchen. The penultimate episode, “Three Surprise Cabins & a Lobby,” details the construction of the three new cabins and the conversion of a common room into a lobby.
The season finale, “Welcome Inn,” is scheduled to air on Sunday, August 23, at 9 p.m. ET/PT. The final episode details the completion of the horse barn into a venue space, the development of outdoor guest-friendly patios, and the final kitchen preparations for guest service.
