Christopher Ghiraldi to open solo exhibition in Mattituck

New York-based visual artist Christopher Ghiraldi will debut his first solo exhibition of 2026 at Lovelane Kitchen, opening April 3 and running through the month. The gallery, located at 460 Love Lane, will feature a collection of original drawings and paintings reflecting Ghiraldi’s distinctive blend of playful surrealism and strong compositional skill.

“This exhibition marks the start of a new chapter in my work. I’ve spent the past year exploring new ideas and pushing my process further, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see those pieces come together in a gallery setting,” Ghiraldi said.

Ghiraldi, a Purchase College, SUNY graduate, is known for imaginative works that mix cartoonish robots, surreal objects, expressive figures and abstract patterns. His art combines humor, narrative, and bold experimentation with color theory, and has been collected privately and by organizations including Pantone. He has also taught workshops and art classes throughout New York.

The exhibition opens with a public reception from 6 to 9 p.m. on April 3.
