Republic and UMe have announced a series of expanded 20th anniversary reissues for Amy Winehouse’s album Back to Black. Scheduled for release on October 23, 2026, the collection commemorates the original October 2006 release of the multi-platinum record.

The 20th anniversary edition will be available in multiple formats, including a 3LP clear vinyl set, a 3CD package, and digital deluxe options. These expanded versions feature the original album alongside four previously unreleased demos, rare B-sides, and a complete live recording from her February 8, 2007 performance at Paradiso in Amsterdam.

Visual elements across the deluxe physical packages include alternative cover artwork, previously unseen photographs by Mischa Richter and Alex Lake, and images of handwritten lyrics from producer Mark Ronson’s archives. The release also contains new liner notes written by producers Ronson and Salaam Remi.

Originally released in October 2006, Back to Black debuted at No. 3 on the UK Official Albums Chart before reaching No. 1 and becoming the UK’s best-selling album of 2007. The project later reached No. 2 on the Billboard 200 following the 50th Annual Grammy Awards, where Winehouse won five awards including Record of the Year and Song of the Year for “Rehab.”

The album has sold over 4.5 million copies in the UK and more than 25 million copies worldwide. Additional physical variations dropping on October 23 include a chalkboard marble color vinyl and a webstore-exclusive zoetrope vinyl featuring moving footage of the singer.
