Tiny Vinyl named to Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies List for 2026

Tiny Vinyl has been named to Fast Company’s annual list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies for 2026, joining a global group of businesses recognized for shaping industry and culture through innovation.
The company appears alongside major brands including Google, NVIDIA, Adidas, and Walmart on this year’s list, which highlights 720 honorees across 59 sectors and regions.
“We are honored for this recognition from Fast Company,” co-founder Jesse Mann said in a statement. “Our growth has been astronomical over the past year, and it’s incredibly validating to be named with so many other world-leading companies.”
Tiny Vinyl has emerged as a new physical music format, offering four-inch vinyl records designed as collectible items for fans. Each disc contains two tracks and is produced as a limited-edition release, blending the resurgence of vinyl with the popularity of miniature collectibles.
Co-founded by Mann and Neil Kohler, the company developed the format in partnership with Nashville Record Pressing, a subsidiary of GZ Media. The records are designed to play at 33 RPM on most manual turntables and are manufactured using bio-attributed vinyl, reducing material usage compared with traditional 12-inch records.
Tiny Vinyl releases have featured a wide range of artists across genres, including BTS, Rihanna, Ariana Grande, Olivia Rodrigo, and Bruno Mars, among others. The company has also expanded into partnerships with retailers, including Targetand independent labels such as hello82.
The recognition comes as vinyl continues its resurgence in the U.S. music market, with annual sales surpassing 50 million units in recent years, according to industry data.
Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies list is one of the publication’s flagship editorial efforts, evaluating thousands of submissions to identify organizations driving meaningful change across industries.
“Our list of the Most Innovative Companies is about spotlighting organizations that don’t just adapt to change—they drive it,” Fast Company Editor-in-Chief Brendan Vaughan said in a statement.
The full list is available online and will appear in print beginning March 31. Honorees will be recognized at the Most Innovative Companies Summit and Gala on May 19 in New York City.
