Jackass: Best and Last, the final entry in the long-running comedy franchise, will premiere exclusively on Paramount+ on Sept. 24.
The film, which previously released in theaters earlier this year, brings back Johnny Knoxville and the regular cast for their final feature-length release. The movie combines new stunts with highlights from the group’s 25-year history.
Alongside Knoxville, returning cast members include Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Wee Man (Jason Acuña), Dave England, Danger Ehren (Ehren McGhehey), and Preston Lacy. The cast also features Rachel Wolfson, Jasper, Dark Shark (Compston Wilson), Poopies (Sean McInerney), and Zach Holmes.
The film received positive reviews upon its theatrical release, with Todd Gilchrist of The Wrap calling it “a final chapter that serves as a requiem, a victory lap and an envelope-pusher all at once.”
The feature is directed by Jeff Tremaine, who also serves as a producer alongside Spike Jonze, Knoxville, and Shanna Zablow Newton. Executive producers for the project include Pete Chiappetta, Anthony Tittanegro, Andrew Lary, and Greg Iguchi.
Produced by Dickhouse Production in association with Domain Entertainment, the project is presented by Paramount Pictures and MTV Entertainment Studios. Its streaming debut follows the platform’s restoration of the original Jackass television series’ first three seasons earlier this year.
