Culver’s has introduced a new limited-time menu lineup for the back-to-school season, headed by the Fried Pickle Pub Burger. Available from Aug. 3 through Sept. 27 while supplies last, the burger features fresh beef, cheddar cheese, fried pickles, and Brewpub Sauce served on a pretzel bun.
Customers can also order fried pickles as a standalone side dish during the same late-summer window. The burger expansion forms part of a planned series of Pub Burgers introduced by the restaurant chain throughout 2026.
The chain is expanding its Fresh Frozen Custard menu with two new Flavors of the Day. Peanut Butter Fudge Brownie debuts systemwide on Aug. 5, combining chocolate custard, brownie pieces, peanut butter, and fudge, followed by OREO REESE’S Cheesecake on Sept. 2.
Seasonal pumpkin items will return to the menu starting Sept. 8. The lineup includes a new Pumpkin S’mores Concrete Mixer alongside the returning Pumpkin Spice Shake and Salted Caramel Pumpkin Concrete Mixer.
The promotional back-to-school menu items will be available across Culver’s restaurant locations through late September. Location details and menu schedule updates are available on the company website.
