Pinkberry has introduced a new menu item inspired by the popular global Dubai chocolate dessert trend. The limited-time offering, called the Pink Dubai Style frozen yogurt build, is now available at participating locations nationwide.
The new creation features the brand’s original tart frozen yogurt layered with fresh strawberries, silky pistachio sauce, and ruby chocolate sauce. The treat is finished with a topping of crushed roasted pistachios.
According to Sammy Robbins, director of marketing for parent company Kahala Brands, the offering was created to capture the popular flavors of Dubai chocolate while elevating it with a signature Pinkberry twist. The addition of the ruby chocolate sauce gives the dessert its distinctive pink color alongside a crunchy texture.
The Pink Dubai Style build will remain on menus at participating stores through August 20, 2026. Customers can also customize their orders with additional toppings prepared in-store daily, including hand-cut fresh fruit, specialty chocolates, nuts, and granolas.
First launched in Los Angeles in 2005, Pinkberry is known for pioneering the original tart frozen yogurt concept. The company was acquired by Scottsdale, Arizona-based Kahala Brands, which operates approximately 3,000 quick-service restaurant locations across 35 countries.
