My arm almost straight and no pain. I didn’t see pt until about 430. I was watching fixer upper on hgtv and wasn’t paying attention to the time. I did do some exercises like making it to the edge of READ MORE

I had some occupational therapy today. I was able to scooch over to the side of the bed and sit up for a few minutes. I did not sit in the uncomfortable chair. I feel ok. No pain – if READ MORE
