Ocean House will host a two-night culinary collaboration at its restaurant Coast on Friday, November 13, and Saturday, November 14, 2026. Ocean House Chef de Cuisine Connor Pearl and Group Executive Chef Terence Feury will team up with visiting chefs from two other Relais & Châteaux properties for the event.

The dinner features Twin Farms Chef de Cuisine Sylvain Courbet and Manoir Hovey Chef Alexandre Vachon alongside the Ocean House team. Dinner seatings will run from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. both evenings at the Watch Hill, Rhode Island resort.

The six-course tasting experience begins with a trio of canapes and incorporates ingredients from coastal Rhode Island, rural Vermont, and Quebec’s Eastern Townships. Featured dishes include a bluefin tuna tartlet, fried chicken with caviar, a foie gras torchon, local shellfish chitarra, Ocean House tautog, and Vermont Wagyu striploin.

The meal concludes with a cheese selection from Twin Farms and a chocolate flan patissier with fig, maple mousse, and vanilla-black peppercorn ice cream prepared by Ocean House. The collaborative dinner is priced at $245 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity, with an optional wine pairing available for $175.

Reservations for the event at Coast, located at 1 Bluff Avenue in Watch Hill, are required through OpenTable.
